Returning Your Order
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– In original condition with all original packaging and accessories included
– Not damaged or showing signs of wear
– Returned within the specified timeframe
Return Shipping
– For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
– For all other returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
– Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
– If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us.
– We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
– If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
– We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
